Sponsorship Opportunities for the Parade &
Faire
We would like to invite you to
participate in a sponsorship of the March 15, 2008 St. Patrick’s
Day Parade and Family Faire which is in it’s 25th year of
spreading Irish Traditions and Culture to the people in the
Valley of the Sun.
There are many ways in which you and your business or
organization may be of help.
Stage Sponsor
– Cost:
$5,000 You will receive prominent branding/banners on Your Named
Faire Stage. Your Sponsorship tagged in all print and broadcast
Faire advertising for Your Stage. A 10x20 booth with 3 booth
banners on the Faire grounds. Your business will be promoted for
a year on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire Web site with
logo, address, phone, and a link to your Web site. You will
receive a full page black & white ad in the Parade and Faire
program and will receive 20 Adult Faire admissions and 20 Faire
T-shirts.
Tara Sponsor – Cost: $3,500 You will be featured in all
print and broadcast advertising as a Parade and Faire
Co-Sponsor. You will have a 10X20 Booth with 3 Booth Banners on
the Faire grounds. Your business will be promoted for a year on
the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire Web site with logo,
address, phone, and a link to your Web site. You will receive a
full page black & white ad in the Parade and Faire program and
will receive 15 Adult Faire admissions and 15 Faire T-shirts.
Staff T-Shirt Sponsor – Cost: $3,500 Your logo will be
printed on over 350 Staff and Volunteer T-Shirts (your design
approval before printing). Prominent visibility on Faire Day and
for the year to come. Your business will be promoted for a year
on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire Web site with logo,
address, phone, and a link to your Web site. You will receive 10
Adult Faire admissions and 10 Faire T-shirts.

Shuttle Sponsor - Cost: $2,000 Each Shuttle Bus will
display a banner featuring the sponsor’s
Name and Logo with the legend: “Follow Me to the 2007 Irish
Family Faire! Compliments of <Your Business Name>.” This will
give you amazing visibility with the Faire attendees and the
general public. Your business will be promoted for a year on the
St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire Web site with logo, address,
phone, and a link to your Web site. You will receive a half page
black & white ad in the Parade and Faire program and will
receive 6 Adult Faire admissions and 6 Faire T-shirts.
Platinum Sponsor - Cost: $750 Sponsor will receive a
10X10 booth at the Faire and one banner on the Faire grounds.
Your business will be promoted for a year on the St. Patrick’s
Day Parade and Faire Web site with logo, address, phone, and a
link to your Web site. You will receive a half page black &
white ad in the Parade and Faire program and will receive 4
Adult Faire admissions and 4 Faire T-shirts.
Parade Band Sponsor - Cost: $500 Entitles the Sponsor to
a Banner which will be carried in front of a participating band
featuring the Sponsor’s Name and Logo with the legend: “<Band
Name> Is Brought To You Compliments of <Your Business Name>.”
Your business will be promoted for a year on the St. Patrick’s
Day Parade and Faire Web site with logo, address, phone, and a
link to your Web site. You will receive a quarter page black &
white ad in the Parade and Faire program and will receive 4
Adult Faire admissions and 4 Faire T-shirts.
Gold Sponsor
- Cost: $400 Your business will be promoted
for a year on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire Web site
with logo, address, phone, and a link to your Web site. You will
receive a quarter page black & white ad in the Parade and Faire
program and will receive 4 Adult Faire admissions and 4 Faire
T-shirts.
Silver Sponsor - Cost: $250 Your business will be
promoted for a year on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire
Web site with logo, address, phone, and a link to your Web site.
You will receive a one-eighth page black & white ad in the
Parade and Faire program and will receive 2 Adult Faire
admissions and 2 Faire T-shirts.
Bronze Sponsor - Cost: $150 Your business will be
promoted for a year on the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Faire
Web site with logo, address, phone, and a link to your Web site.
You will receive a Business Card-sized black & white ad in the
Parade and Faire program and will receive 2 Adult Faire
admissions and 2 Faire T-shirts.
Shamrock Sponsor - Cost: $75 You will receive a Business
Card-sized black & white ad in the Parade and Faire program.
Harp Sponsor - Cost: $20 This is a “Friend’s of the
Parade Sponsorship” You will receive your name or your family
name or you and your spouse’s name listed in a “Friends of the
Parade” acknowledgement section in the Parade and Faire Program.
